Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the limau77 website accessible via limau77.one along with all services offered on it.
• "Member" or "User" — an individual who has registered an account and uses the limau77 services.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a member to access the platform.
• "Bonus" — any free credits, additional amounts or rewards given by limau77 to members.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus must be used in gameplay before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" — the process of transferring funds from a member's account balance to their registered payment method.

The clause headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

Member Eligibility

Registration and use of the limau77 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Is not a citizen or resident of a region that prohibits online gambling under their local laws.
• Has not self-excluded or been excluded by a relevant gambling authority.

limau77 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Registration by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements is invalid and the account may be terminated.

Account Registration and Management

Each member is permitted to register one account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated along with forfeiture of balances.

When registering, members must:

• Provide true, accurate and current information including full name, mobile number and email.
• Set a secure password and not share it with any party.
• Submit identity verification documents such as a MyKad or passport when requested.

limau77 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or false. Members are responsible for updating their personal information if any changes occur.

Deposits and Payments

limau77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Applicable deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for each payment method.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• limau77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any deposit attempts using funds obtained unlawfully will be reported to the relevant authorities.

limau77 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may impose their own charges which are outside our control.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be made on amounts related to that bonus.
• The identity verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• limau77 reserves the right to request additional documents to meet compliance and anti-money laundering requirements.

If a withdrawal request exceeds the set limit, limau77 management reserves the right to split the payment into several separate transactions.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

limau77 offers a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM120 with an account balance of RM220, and the wagering requirement is RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount before bonus withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used by the member who claimed them. Transferring bonuses to another account is prohibited.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the bonus multiple times through multiple account registrations constitutes fraud.
• limau77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus-related fraud will result in the cancellation of the bonus and related balance without any compensation.

Game Rules

limau77 offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sportsbook, crash games and others. Each game has its own rules which can be found within the game interface itself.

General rules applicable to all games:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, limau77 reserves the right to cancel the round in question and refund the wagered amount to the member's account balance.
• limau77 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fair gameplay.
• All odds and sports betting results are subject to the terms of the relevant sportsbook provider.

In the event of any dispute regarding game results, limau77's server records are the final proof.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the limau77 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Registering more than one account under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any method to manipulate games or the system.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Money laundering through gambling activities on this platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Actions that threaten, harass or endanger other users or support staff.

limau77 cooperates fully with authorities in investigations related to financial crime and other illegal activities.

Account Closure and Suspension

limau77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member's account for reasons including:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies.
• Member applying for self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds.

Members may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Valid account balances will be returned after the verification process is complete, subject to the relevant conditions.

Accounts closed due to fraud are not eligible for any balance refund.

Limitation of Liability

limau77 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures or internet access issues beyond our control.
• Unauthorised use of an account resulting from a member's negligence in maintaining account security.
• Game or betting outcomes that are unfavourable to the member.
• Changes in regulations or laws affecting the availability of services.

In all circumstances, limau77's maximum liability to any member is limited to the actual balance in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which limau77 is licensed. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

limau77 operates under international licensing and complies with the legal requirements set by the licensing authority. Users from regions where online gambling is prohibited are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
